Precision mechanical assembly is a decisive stage in industrial production, where precision and reliability are essential to ensure the correct operation and performance of machinery and equipment.
Microplan® Group offers a complete assembly service for mechanical and mechatronic precision components, carried out by highly specialized personnel, in a climate-controlled environment and with rigorous operating procedures, to meet the requirements of the most critical industrial sectors.
The Microplan® Group provides a high-precision mechanical and mechatronic assembly service on granite and ceramic components:
Assembly, adjustment and functional testing are carried out on any type of linear or rotary system based on air-cushion sliding (air bearings), with and without vacuum.
We can assemble linear guides, even without reference shoulders, perform their alignment and geometric inspection, with the issue of a Test Report.
Assembly and functional inspection of linear and rotary encoders.
Assembly and functional inspection of motors and linear motors.
for high-precision positioning.
The Microplan Group can provide assembly and functional testing of most mechanical components: ball screws, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, anti-vibration systems, guards of all types, and much more..
All mechanical assemblies are carried out in dedicated rooms with a climate-controlled environment – temperature controlled at 20°C and constant humidity at 50% – to guarantee maximum accuracy and precision. State-of-the-art equipment and measuring instruments with traceability to certified primary instruments allow the best execution of precision assemblies.
For each precision mechanical assembly, Microplan® Group provides a Test Report certifying compliance with the required drawings and tolerances.
In our department dedicated to precision assemblies, our team of experts performs rigorous inspections on all dimensions and geometries required by the Customer, ensuring that each component meets the expected specifications.
Our services include:
Flatness inspection:
inspection is mainly carried out using high-precision electronic levels and state-of-the-art coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), as well as optical systems and inspection benches specifically designed for precision geometric inspections.
Straightness inspection:
inspection is mainly carried out using electronic levels and electronic autocollimators, as well as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), digital indicators and axial probes, often mounted on high-precision linear systems.
Perpendicularity and Parallelism:
inspection is mainly carried out using digital indicators and axial probes, often mounted on high-precision linear and square systems, with electronic levels and electronic autocollimators equipped with optical squares.
For large-size parts, high-precision laser systems are also used.
All measuring instruments used for inspection and precision assembly are constantly verified as part of the Microplan Quality Program, to ensure maximum precision and accuracy.
Each instrument is subjected to comparison tests with primary instruments certified by accredited Calibration Laboratories, compliant with international metrological standards, such as ACCREDIA, COFRAC and other recognized bodies. This process ensures that all measurements are precise, repeatable and compliant with current regulations.
In precision assemblies, all tolerances required by the drawing are rigorously verified, and a Test Report is issued.
Inspection is entrusted to highly specialized personnel, using constantly updated, verified and state-of-the-art measuring instruments.
This attention to detail ensures that each component is perfectly compliant with the design specifications, guaranteeing reliability and quality for every assembled product.
