Black granite surface plates are manufactured in 6 accuracy grades according to ISO 8512-2 standard, with the addiction of higher precision grades in order to satisfy all specific user needs, both in workshop or in metrological room.

All plates are tested in a temperature (20°C) and humidity controlled environment. All Microplan® plates are supplied with a Test Report, in which error map and installation instructions are reported. Calibration Certificate available on request*.

The table shows standard sizes, weights, article codes and the absolute flatness tolerances (in micrometers). Microplan® can supply plates with different sizes according to customer needs and drawings, with holes, threaded inserts, guide or clamping T-slots, clearing grooves and with rubber feet (for the smaller sizes).
