APPLICATION OF LIFTING HANDLES / GRIPS
(Available on granite and aluminium end plates)

MICROPLAN designs and integrates provisions and/or the direct installation of handles and lifting grips on granite components, structures and bases, as well as on technical ceramic parts, to facilitate safe handling and lifting. Handles are mounted using threaded inserts bonded into the material with epoxy resin, ensuring a reliable, repeatable gripping point.

The service includes CNC drilling, installation of the threaded inserts, and selection of the thread size and pitch (ØM/thread) according to ergonomics, required load capacity, and operating conditions. Handles/grips can be supplied in plastic or metal materials and in different configurations (fixed, fold-away, recessed, bracket-type), selected to match the required load rating.

On request, MICROPLAN supports the customer in selecting the most suitable handle type, sizing the inserts, and defining the optimal location of the gripping points, to deliver a reliable handling solution aligned with the application requirements.
