MICROPLAN Group performs precision CNC drilling on granite and technical ceramics (blind or through features) to customer drawing. Operations include drilling holes for the installation of clamping and guiding inserts, as well as lightweighting sections.

The technical attachments available in the Download section support customers during the design phase by providing General Machining Tolerances (dimensions, positional tolerances, hole datums, and inspection/measurement criteria), simplifying correct drawing definition and specification transfer.

The same processes are also available on advanced ceramics such as Alumina (Al₂O₃) and Silicon Carbide (SiC), using dedicated tooling and specialized equipment, including ultrasonic machining, to achieve high-accuracy CNC drilling for any industrial or metrology application.
