High precision silicon-carbide (Si-SiC) parallelepiped and square – PS
Description
The silicon carbide Si-sic parallel blocks are very light and have excellent dimensional stability (see table of materials).
They are machined and lapped with accuracy grade 00 and 000 on three sides at 90° and ground on the side faces (± 20 µm/m).
Their shape allows the positioning in an easy and precise way. Wooden case upon request. Microplan® Test Report included. Calibration Certificate available on request*.
