Periodic inspection and reconditioning of granite instruments
All granite and ceramic instruments can be subjected to verification, reconditioning and metrological restoration to recover flatness, original geometries and dimensional tolerances. Operations can be carried out at our site or directly at the Customer’s site. Depending on the degree of wear and the condition of the surfaces, we perform grinding and lapping operations on the machined faces, restoring each instrument or base to the required operating conditions.
In this way, each component can be restored to like-new condition, with a concrete advantage in terms of cost reduction, production continuity and sustainability.
Metrological verification and reconditioning at the Customer’s site
Microplan intervenes, with its specialized operators, at the Customer’s site for metrological verification, with the issue of a Test Report, and for any required relapping of the surfaces.
Reconditioning at our site with grinding operations
In the case of particularly worn surfaces or surfaces with breakages, an intervention at our site is recommended whenever possible: thanks to surface grinding and subsequent lapping, we will recondition the base or instrument, restoring it to like-new condition.
Electronic level repair service
Microplan electronic levels benefit from a complete repair, periodic inspection and calibration service to guarantee the reliability and measuring accuracy of the instruments.
Repair
In our Italian electronic laboratory, we provide repair services for all Microplan electronic instruments, including electronic levels.
Spare parts
We are able to repair all Microplan level models, thanks to a large spare parts warehouse, including for discontinued models.
Periodic inspection
Together with the Customer, we schedule periodic instrument inspection operations at our Laboratory, to ensure operational continuity and instruments that are always efficient.
Calibration
We provide the Customer with a periodic or scheduled calibration service. Each instrument is verified and calibrated in our electronic Laboratory using metrological instruments and equipment, and supplied with a Test Report with traceability to certified primary instruments.
Replacement instrument
In case of urgent needs or repairs requiring times that are not compatible with the Customer’s requirements, Microplan can provide replacement instruments to allow the Customer to carry out installation operations or planned inspections.
Scrappage campaign
Periodically, Microplan carries out Scrappage Campaigns to encourage the upgrading and replacement of obsolete electronic levels.
